1. What inspired you to join Realstar and specialize in landed properties? What keeps you motivated?

I’ve always believed in choosing the hard but right path. Landed properties represent the pinnacle of Singapore’s residential market, and Realstar is the leader in this niche. Joining the team was both a thrilling challenge and a great progression for me. Unlike other properties, every landed home is one-of-a-kind. Precisely because it’s complex and demanding, I’m attracted to it. It’s like a game with endless levels, each one requiring full commitment to conquer.

2. You often emphasize "doing the right thing." What does this mean to you?

To me, doing the right thing means this: the client’s interest always comes first. This isn’t just a slogan, it’s the foundation of every decision I make. When the pressure is on, it’s easy to waver. However, I remain steadfast in my principles. That consistency has earned me my clients’ trust, and trust is where all lasting partnerships begin.

3. Your motto is "improve a little every day." Where does this growth mindset come from?

Partly from my upbringing, partly from my high expectations and standards. Meaningful success takes time. Even a humble daily progress compounds into something significant. As long as I continue to learn and grow, I am confident that I’ll become the trusted professional my clients deserve.

4. Looking back, was there a particularly tough challenge? How did you overcome it?

Once, multiple offers came in almost simultaneously, all below the sellers’ expectations. I felt anxious and even doubted myself. But Realstar’s team stood by me, offering guidance and emotional support. That experience showed me how a great team lifts you up, both professionally and personally. To them, I’d say: Thank you! 5. If you had to describe your Realstar journey in one word, what would it be?

"Influence." - In this dynamic yet nurturing environment, I’ve been shaped by my team’s expertise and passion. I’ve discovered my purpose, grown tougher and more driven, and become clearer about the person I aspire to be.
